Stainless Steel Sintered Metal Fiber Pleated Filter is reusable cylindrical filter element made of sintered porous metal fibre web (mainly stainless steel) as filter material, protected and supported with stainless steel perforated plates. This sintered tubular filter element is designed for applications requiring fine filtration, high dirt-holding capacity, and durability under heat and corrosion conditions. The pleated sintered metal fiber web offers increased filtration area and efficiency while minimizing pressure drop.

Pleated sintered fiber web filter elements can be cleaned and reused multiple times, providing long-term cost-effectiveness.

Pleated cylindrical filter made of sintered metal porous fiber offers superior filtration capabilities, particularly for fine particles, compared with pleated filter elements with woven wire cloth as filter media.
