Polymer filter elements: used in the plastics industry in the production of films, fibres, semi-finished products, granulates and recycling. Also known as melt filter elements. Supplied in pack screen or candle filter forms.
Pleated Filter Elements offer extended filtration area.
Cylindrical elements are simple to process and offer excellent strength.
Filter packs are available as per customer size & requirement in circular. Circular disc type with metal rim on the border, and with multiple layers wire mesh, filter packs mainly prevents any contamination (foreign particle) in the molten mass and gives pure virgin material on extrusion. The metal rim acts as gaskets too, preventing any leakage.

Pleated Filter Elements of Different Filter Media: Sintered Porous Web or Woven Wire Cloth:

Stainless Steel Sintered Fiber Web / Felt is a kind of durable and pleatable 316L stainless steel medium, sintered into a graded pore structure. The sintered metal felt enjoys the advantages of high porosity rate, lower resistance, more filtration area, high dirt holding capacity and can be repeatedly used.

Stainless Steel Filter Wire Cloth is woven wire cloth made of stainless steel fine drawn wire. Fine woven micron mesh cloth usually works as control layer, while coarse woven mesh usually works as strengthening layer or support layer for the pleated filter elements.

We process and export wire mesh discs and other filter fittings via wire mesh, different materials available.

Material: Black iron, stainless steel, brass, Monel, mild steel, etc.

Fineness of wire mesh discs is from 2mesh to 400mesh

Diameter of the wire mesh discs: from 10mm to 580mm (1/8" to 22")

Form of wire mesh: cut circles, filter discs with multiple mesh layers, leaf filters, strainers and sieves or other forms.
