We have testing standards for both incoming material and finished products for shipments, and we test both the physical properties and the chemical compositions.
We test every filter elements and attach the certificate to every lot of our products ship to our customers.

Tests applied in stainless steel pleated filter element:
a. Bubble point / filter fabrication integrity test (as per ISO 2942)
b. Performance test (Filtration efficiency & DHC) (ISO 16889/4548-12/19438)
c. Collapse/ burst pressure test- as a continuation of perf. test – up to 30bar (ISO 2941)
